Project Managers and Estimators
Dave Woodall
Dave grew up among a family tradition of construction service. After achieving his P.Eng at the University of Windsor, he ventured to Alberta where he spent three years working with a Calgary based company gaining experience on large construction projects. When Dave returned to Windsor, he joined Woodall Construction and over the years he has taken on many different positions within the company before attaining his current status as company President.

Al Woodall
Al has been part of the Woodall Construction Company for more than 40 years both officially and unofficially as a direct descendent of the founding family. Al’s training as a journeyman carpenter combined with his outgoing personality and vast knowledge of the industry make him the perfect field operations manager.

John Woodall
John joined the company in 1976 following a tenure with Giffels Associates in Toronto. Like so many of the Woodall’s, he has construction in his bones and brings decades of solid experience and knowledge to every project. He is a P.Eng and a key estimator and project coordinator for a diverse range of projects in all sectors.

Kerry Jones
Kerry’s ability to see problems before they arise on-site and during the planning and estimating phase of a project have been a tremendous benefit to Woodall customers for more than 40 years. While he brings decades of experience in the construction business to every job, he and the entire Woodall team keep current with the latest technologies used in the construction industry today including estimating, costing, construction drawing and project management software.

Laurie Leblanc
Laurie is a more recent addition to the Woodall team whose expertise lies in projects within the automotive industry. She has skillfully navigated the massive amount of information and regulatory paperwork that is required for the automotive sector and made it work to the benefit of all by refining the systems required. Her participation in project execution has given her a comfort level with field operations that has allowed her to effectively estimate future projects within that environment.

Ann Arquette
Ann joined the Woodall team in 2005 where, under the tutelage of Dave Woodall, she assists the company with a variety of online marketing and digital service initiatives. She monitors business trends and seeks opportunities within the construction sector for the Woodall team.

Phil Lywood
Phil brings both fresh eyes and cutting edge technological understanding to the Woodall team. Currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Lawrence Tech in Detroit, he is concurrently learning to appreciate the importance of real world building practices and challenges by joining Project Managers in the field as projects move from concept to operations.
Administration
Joe Gatfield
Joe joined Woodall’s as an experienced entrepreneur and a Certified Accountant. He acts as the company Controller and manages all regulatory issues with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skill. Joe’s commitment to the Woodall organization and its success is unsurpassed.

Carla Tonucci
Carla has been part of the Woodall family for more than 35 years. She manages the accounts payable and receivables and is an important part of the company’s client service team. Carla’s warm and kind-hearted approach with both staff and customers has made her a priceless company asset.

Sheila Rollo
Sheila’s is the friendly voice you hear on the phone when you call Woodall Construction and so much more. She is responsible for subcontractor regulatory document organization and she’ll often take on special projects that don’t quite fit into any other portfolios.
